Order Cancellation Policy
At Nyan Devices, orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered production or been shipped.
Before Shipment
If your order has not entered production, you may request a cancellation by emailing nyandevices@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (if applicable).
After Shipment
Once your order is marked as "shipped" and a tracking number has been provided, it cannot be canceled.
Unwanted parcels may be returned only if the package remains completely unopened, in which case refunds are issued minus all shipping costs.
Opened packages, refused deliveries, or "returned to sender" shipments are not eligible for refunds.
International Orders & Import Duties
Nyan Devices hardware ships from Australia. International customers are responsible for:
- All customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their destination country
- Any additional carrier fees related to customs clearance
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. We cannot predict or control these fees, and they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery or as required by your country's regulations.
Refusal to pay import duties may result in your package being returned to sender, which is not eligible for refund per our return policy.
Important Notes
- Carrier fees for refused or returned shipments may be substantial ($80–$400) and can impact your ability to place future orders at our discretion.
- Buyer's remorse refunds are not offered.
